NEW DELHI: Cloud communications provider Sinch is bullish on the India market on the back of increased demand for digital communications and 5G that will support more two-way conversational channels. It is also looking to offer locally developed capabilities to companies globally working in verticals such as BFSI, retail, and e-commerce, starting from FY23.
“I would certainly say that some of the capabilities that we have brought or developed in India will be exported or will be given out in other geographies where Sinch operates. Because the quantum of messages that we do today is equal to all the messages that Sinch global does across the board. That's the kind of capacity we run,” Nitin Singhal, Managing Director (MD), Sinch India told ETTelecom in an exclusive interview after joining the company in May.
“I think we as a company, have set a model for ourselves over the next three years. 2023 will be the foundation of going out and achieving it,” he said.
