Today, ACL is 20 years strong. Our story started on April 28, 2000 and since then we have grown to be one of the country’s leading communications platform provider to businesses.

We have 500+ leading enterprise customers, have delivered 47 billion messages in last 12 months, and are a multi-channel, multi-product company - SMS, Voice, Email, WhatsApp, Axiom & Marketing Automation.

We have grown at the rate of 48% CAGR for the last 3 years, are now 300 people strong, and have 7 offices across India, Middle east and South East Asia.

The last 20 years have been exciting as well as challenging. We are fortunate to have not only survived but thrived.

The future continues to look bright. I believe our core messaging business comprising of SMS, Voice & Axiom will continue to grow for the foreseeable future and new areas of IP Messaging and Marketing Automation/Email will broaden our base and make us future proof.

We have established a strong customer base in India and will further strengthen the base with new product offerings. We have started expanding in to international markets. UAE and Malaysia are just the beginning. .

One key lesson I have learnt, is that to build a successful tech company people are most important. I would like to thank all the people at ACL for their hard work and commitment. ACL has been and will continue to be a platform where people have the opportunity to work to their full potential. Moreover, it is my goal to make ACL a place where people love to work.
