ACL acquires Oorja’s Credence, an Omni-Channel Marketing Communication Platform

ACL Mobile announced today the acquisition of Credence – Omni-Channel Marketing Automation Platform by Oorja. Credence brings in analytics and smart customer interactions that maximizes the value and experience of the end customers. The acquisition follows Credence’s people and customer contracts and the merged team will operate from ACL’s office under ACL’s brand. 
Credence is a real-time data driven marketing communication platform that enables enterprises to contextual information which is time relevant to the individual. Its analytical capabilities segments the customer profiles along with real-time triggers and enables the businesses to send targeted communication across all channels.
