Job Description

Looking for energetic, focused, result oriented Manager – Finance for Noida location. The incumbent will assess the most beneficial relationship to ACL Sinch and nurture those relationships into mutually productive arrangements as efficiently as possible.
 

Skill Set :

Monthly Group Reporting: Accurate & timely Monthly group reporting as per global timelines.
IC transactions monitoring, reporting to group along with their reconciliation with each IC entity.

Month End Analysis & Mgt reporting: Ensuring Actuals are in line with Budget, reporting deviations through several MIS. Preparation of details for Monthly Steering, Group FP&A meetings & Finance review meetings.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Yearly Budget preparation, Bi-Annual Forecast assistance, Monthly Opex & GP Forecasting

Audits: Coordinating for yearly Stat Audit , tax audit & any other audits as per local regulations.
Handling adhoc activities as & when needed.

System Integrations: Coordinating for Anna-Plan integration & subsequently FC & Budgeting in it. SAP Implementation wrt to FP&A & reporting. Coordinating for SAP Implementation for accurate Month End reporting.

Month end Closure liasioning with Accounting team: Tracking and follow-up for timely book closure with both RA & Accounting team (including integration costs). Reconcile the tally data to ensure costs/revenues are booked in correct GL's & CC's

Monthly MIS & Analysis: Preparation of Monthly MIS & subsequently reporting to the concerned stakeholders. Preparation of Monthly CC P&L's & subsequently reporting & discussing. Monthly tracking of IT Opex/CApex & analyzing/reporting Budget deviations. Tracking of each expense to budget & reporting deviations. MIS for Revenue/COGS & GP analysis. Leger wise MoM Opex Analysis. Handling adhoc activities as & when needed.

Experience and Academic Qualification:

Experience: 3 to 6 yrs 
Educational Qualification: Preferred Qualified CA, CA Intermediate, MBA 

Skills: 
Impeccable integrity - ethical and honest in all respects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
