Founder and CEO

Sanjay K Goyal is an entrepreneur with over 26 years of business experience. He founded his first company at the age of 23.  Sanjay founded ACL, his second business, in 2000 to leverage the emerging telecom and internet space. With his vision and leadership, Sanjay has steered ACL to being a leading communications technology company in the country. 

Sanjay graduated with honours in mechanical engineering in 1992 from the University of Texas, Austin, USA.

Vineet Jain

Co-Founder and CTO

With 24 years of experience in engineering and research, Vineet leads ACL’s technology division. His knowledge of current IT market and technology trends plays a key role in guiding the team towards product innovation.

Vineet graduated with honours in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester MA, USA and received an MS in Computer Science from University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, Illinois, USA. Vineet is a keen fitness enthusiast.

Kartar Singh

Chief Financial Officer

Kartar has a rich experience spanning over two decades in finance and operations. He is a strategist who has always contributed towards improving business profitability through highly efficient portfolio evaluation. At ACL, Kartar is responsible for Finance, Accounts, Risk Management, Legal, Taxation and Investor Relations. 
Prior to joining ACL, Kartar was CFO of Spice Digital Limited.

Kartar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant. 

Prabhat Kumar Singh

Chief Operating Officer

With 22+ years of industry experience, Prabhat has worked extensively in new business development, forecasting, and operations management. Prabhat leads the sales and business development at ACL. In his current capacity, he provides a strategic direction to his team to achieve company's revenue targets and oversees business relationships to enhance customer engagement and profitability.

In the past, Prabhat was associated with ACCEL, ICIM and Premium Soft International. Prabhat is an economics graduate and holds a MBA and Global Advanced Management degree from ISB - Kellogg.

Ramkisan Amirchand Devidayal

Ramkisan Devidayal is an eminent industrialist with extensive experience in the agrochemical industry. Of over 40 years of his total experience, he served 20 years in the senior - 1st line management of the companies to which he has been associated as Director. He is the past President of Forum of Industries, Chamber of Commerce and Association, Vice Chairman of Gujarat Pesticide Formulators Association, Ahmedabad. He has served as the President of Federation of Gujarat Industries from 2004 to 2006.

Mr . Devidayal holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.

Subho Ray

Subho Ray is the president of Internet & Mobile Association India (IAMAI) since March 2006. He heads the permanent secretariat of the association and is an ex-officio member of its governing council. Before joining IAMAI, Subho was Director for the ICT vertical at the Confederation of Indian Industry in New Delhi. In his tenure from 1998-2006, he worked closely with the software & services, BPM, hardware and telecom industries.

Dr. Roy did his MA, MPhil from Jawaharlal Nehru University and has achieved a PhD degree from School of Oriental and African Studies, London, United Kingdom in the year 1997.

George Koukis

George Koukis is the founder of Temenos, the world’s number 1 Banking Software Company based in Switzerland. Mr. Koukis has been active in the software industry for more than 40 years, having begun at Qantas where he was heavily involved with the computerisation of the company's accounting department. 
Mr. Koukis holds a degree in commerce from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia and is a registered Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Classical Opera, a non-profit organisation based in the United Kingdom and is a Board member in seven private companies operating mainly in IT and Green Technologies.

George is a Fellow of King'.s College London and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
