Mortgage Package

The Housing Advances Program, installed in over 80 councils in the UK from Western Isles in Scotland through England and Wales, has been developed and written specifically for Local Authorities, the system administers Housing Loans - Mortgages issued by the Council. The package has been audited many times and passed with flying colours. The package can also be used to administer new financial assistance loans.

The system is logical and easy to use, can run on Windows 2000, XP or Vista and can reside on a stand alone PC or can be operated on a Windows 2000/03 Server, in single or multi user mode.

• Holds Transactions for the year with detailed Audit Trails provided, plus Audit Control Log File. 
• Wide range of Standard letters and Reports provided on Plain or Pre-printed stationary. Free format letters. The user can 
  design their own letters. 
• Multiple Account facility includes automatic payment allocation up to fifty Accounts for one borrower. 
• Up to date statement on demand for any counter enquiries.  
• What if facility - I want to pay £50.00 more per month when will my mortgage run out.
