CCARD -
EXCELLING IN TRANSACTION PROCESSING
CCARD is a suite of software that
enables a fast and efficient way of authorising Credit/Debit Card
transactions using APACS30 standards for authorisation and APACS29/B
(Data Delivery) or APACS50 (Data Polling) standards for payment file
processing.
CCARD is able to offer solutions for all areas of card
processing, from Retail, through to Call Centres and even securely over
the Internet. In fact, in any environment in which you may wish to
process card transactions, CCARD will carry this out quickly and
securely, whether in real-time or by batch.
CCARD can be fully integrated with an existing front-end
application, or can alternatively be used with Comms XL's own Data Entry
programme, CCENTRY.
CCARD resides on a dedicated PC/Server or Unix Host, on either a
local or wide area network. For networks with very high data processing,
additional CCARD Servers can be used for back-up and load sharing, thus
ensuring the fastest and most reliable service possible.
CCARD automatically checks the card's validity including correct card
numbers, expiry/start dates, issue numbers and if required against a
'hot card' file. For added security CCARD is also able to pass address
details and CV2-check digits now present on credit/debit cards, thus
ensuring authenticity of the card being used.
Throughout the day all authorised transactions can be automatically
added to a payment input file. At the end of the trading day this file
is automatically converted to an APACS29 or APACS50 format ready for
transmission to the acquiring bank/s.
