STOUP
Here
we see one of the many interesting features of this church - a double
holy water stoup! This one is built into the doorjamb on both sides
of the door and the holy water can flow freely from one basin to
another. After having not been used for very many years it was restored
to use on Easter Day 2000, but it is very evident from the way in
which the stone is worn away that it had previously been in use
for very many centuries.
